Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Cancellation Policy:

 

– Cancellation is allowed upto 7 days prior to arrival. 

 

– Any funds received from outside of India for bookings cannot be refunded outside of India.

 

– All Refund / Transfer charges shall be charged from the guest account, if any.

 

– Also, if we had deposited GST on the booking, same shall be deducted from refund amount. 

 

–  If cancellation requested 30 days before travel  – 100% refund subject to deduction of administrative and above mentioned charges (10% of total booking amount + GST).  

 

– If cancellation requested 15 days before travel – Travel Voucher equivalent to 100% of amount received, usable within 3 months and adjusted at applicable room rate at the time of travel.

 

– If cancellation 7 days before travel – Travel Voucher equivalent to 50% amount received, usable within 3 months and adjusted at applicable room rate at the time of travel.

 

– No refund or travel voucher for cancellations within 7 days of travel or no shows.

 

Amendment Policy:

 

– Amendment of bookings is allowed ONLY ONCE and until only 15 Days prior to arrival, subject to availability on rescheduled dates. First amendment request would be free of charge.

 

–  Second amendment request before 15 days of travel would carry charge of 5% of total booking amount and would be subject to availability of rooms.

 

–  In specific conditions, booking amendment can be requested within 15 days of travel and it would be at discretion of management and availability of rooms. This amendment, would carry a charge of 10% of total booking amount.   

 

– Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

 

– Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms will be booked.

 

– In the unfortunate event of natural calamities or extreme weather, occurring before your stay and should you hence wish to modify your booking or resort is unapproachable for reasons beyond resort’s control, a change of date will be allowed. No refunds will be made for the same. Alternatively, we would offer you accommodation at alternate location, at applicable rates of other property and subject to availability.
